Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Conversion Lead to oversee end-to-end data conversion activities for Oracle ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle data structures, FBDI/ADFDI templates, and legacy system migrations, with a proven ability to lead data conversion strategy, mapping, validation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of data conversion strategy for Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS) implementations.

Manage the entire data migration lifecycle including:

o Source data profiling

o Mapping

o Transformation

o Validation

o Loading

Work closely with functional and technical teams to gather data requirements and define business rules.

Coordinate with legacy system teams to extract and clean historical data.

Utilize Oracle Cloud tools such as FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and Web Services for data loading and integration.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across all conversion cycles (mock runs, UAT, production cutover).

Define data reconciliation and audit processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve data load errors and issues.

Create and maintain detailed conversion documentation and data dictionaries.

Lead data readiness meetings and report on status, risks, and issues to project leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS) implementations, with at least 3 years in a conversion or data migration lead role.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud data load tools (FBDI, ADFDI, HDL).

Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and scripting for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

In-depth understanding of key Oracle modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM) and related data structures.

Familiarity with data governance, cleansing, and reconciliation best practices.

Strong communication and coordination skills, especially across cross-functional teams.

Experience leading multiple mock conversion cycles and cutover planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Cloud certification in Data Migration or any ERP module (Finance, SCM, HCM).

Experience with middleware or ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, ODI, Dell Boomi) is a plus.

Background in data quality and master data management (MDM) is beneficial.

Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
