RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a strategic IT Program/Project Manager to partner with the CIO in developing and executing a multi-year technology roadmap. This leader will drive business process transformation, support ERP migration, and build prioritization and financial management frameworks.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate directly with the CIO to develop and articulate IT strategy and roadmap (3-5 years)
* Support ERP transition (NetSuite/Oracle to SAP) and broader business process changes
* Build business cases, project charters, and ROI frameworks for technology investments
* Lead prioritization processes for IT initiatives
* Engage with North American Leadership Team stakeholders to align on standards and processes
* Create executive-level presentations and strategy decks; strong storytelling required
* Influence without authority; drive stakeholder buy-in and cross-functional collaboration
* Maintain focus on IT financial management, budgeting, and vendor engagement
Required Experience:
* Proven experience in IT strategy, portfolio management, and program/project management (CPG/retail preferred).

* Proven experience in IT strategy, portfolio management, and program/project management (CPG/retail preferred)
* Strong background in IT financial management, business case development, and ROI analysis
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills
* Consulting experience (Big 4 or similar) a plus
* Ability to work independently and as a strategic partner to senior leadership
* Candidates should provide executive presentation or strategy deck samples
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and large-scale technology transformations
* Ability to -storytell- and build compelling presentations from scratch
* Go-getter attitude; Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
