Job Description:
Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Denver, CO (Onsite Preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our team and take ownership of designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance applications. This role requires a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies, along with a passion for building scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Write production-ready, testable code with a strong emphasis on quality and maintainability.
  • Create optimal technical designs that align with architectural best practices.
  • Analyze system failures, propose design improvements, and drive operational excellence.
  • Prioritize customer experience in all design and development decisions.
  • Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to engineering standards.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Champion software reliability engineering practices and continuous improvement.
  • Embrace and integrate emerging technologies to support innovation and transformation.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Proactively identify and communicate blockers and delays.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Java (v17 or higher): Expert-level proficiency.
  • Spring Boot & Java Frameworks: Strong experience in backend development and cloud API design.
  • Front-End Development: Experience with React and Node.js.
  • Microservices & API Development: Deep understanding of RESTful services, JUnit, Mockito.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and pipeline automation.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with hybrid cloud environments and container orchestration.
  • Databases: Proficient in both relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Architecture & Design: Ability to interpret and work with architecture diagrams and tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
