Role: Project Management(UX Researcher)

Key Responsibilities:We are looking for a
creative and inquisitive UX Researcher who is deeply interested in
understanding customer needs, wants, habits, and frustrations. In this role you
will be responsible for leading research efforts aimed at uncovering user pain
points and identifying opportunities to enhance digital experiences for our
colleagues. If you are perpetually
curious, enjoy making a positive impact on others, and have experience in UX
research, we would love to have you join our team. You will collaborate with
product managers, developers, and other UX professionals to better serve our
colleague customers and drive strategic decisions.Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead end-to-end UX research
processes, from recruiting participants to data collection and analysis.
Strong communication skills, both in public speaking
and private settings, to effectively interact with users and customers.
Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative
research methods.
Ability to gather and translate complex research
findings into actionable insights.
Proficiency in evaluating and reporting research
findings with an understanding of descriptive and basic inferential
statistics.
Familiarity with other UX disciplines, including
documenting user journeys, creating low-fidelity wireframes, and
illustrating ideas through rough sketches.
Experience facilitating remote research and applying
Design Thinking practices.
Proficiency with tools such as Qualtrics and other UX
research tools.Bachelor s degree in User Experience, Human Factors,
Applied or Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Human-Computer
Interaction, Intuitive Design, or a related field.Demonstrated skills necessary for success in the
role,
with evidence of happiness and success in previous positions.
