Compensation:
Pay Range: $80500K-$115000K

Description:
Responsible for developing and supporting the PeopleSoft platform.
Designs, codes, tests, and documents solutions to meet business needs.
Emphasizes hands-on development and rapid contribution to projects.
Ensures solutions align with strategic goals.
Provides expertise in integrating with related financial systems.
Participates in planning and executing environment upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement custom extensions and queries.
Maintain and enhance system functionality for optimal performance.
Attend meetings to provide technical expertise.
Create documentation of specifications and development processes.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues proactively.
Ensure development adheres to schedules, standards, and protocols.
Collaborate with teams to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
1-3 years of experience in development, with at least two years in version 8.9 or prior.
Experience in designing processes and enhancements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and present findings clearly.
