RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking a seasoned Program Manager with a strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) to support a fast-paced team working on high-impact initiatives. This role centers around managing multiple, complex projects within a broader initiative focused on improving customer time-to-self-install for whole-home wireless solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, can pivot quickly, and excels at managing dependencies across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate a portfolio of SDLC projects within a highly dynamic environment
* Manage timelines, testing windows, and delivery pipelines across interdependent projects
* Navigate delays and shifting priorities - e.g., projects that finish development long before test cycles open
* Collaborate across multiple teams and domains including firmware, customer experience, and wireless activation
* Track and report on project status, blockers, and milestones related to the self-install initiative (Program 3010)
* Maintain clear documentation and updates via Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
* Create presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and potentially tools like Smartsheet or Wrike
* Facilitate sprint planning and team coordination in 2-week Agile sprints
* Engage with other PMs across the organization to manage shared dependencies and drive alignment
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience, with a focus on software or SDLC initiatives
* Proven ability to lead Agile/Scrum projects in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment
* Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools
* Strong presentation and reporting skills using PowerPoint and Excel
* Ability to manage multiple moving pieces, shifting priorities, and long testing cycles
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
Preferred Skills:
* Background in telecommunications or telephony a strong plus
* Experience with project collaboration and planning tools such as Smartsheet, Wrike, or Office 365 online tools
* Familiarity with firmware, automation, or customer activation projects is advantageous
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
