Role & Responsibilities:
1. This position is responsible for consumer lifecycle implementation of new Client products, promotions, offers and rate changes and the system development of rating and promotional capabilities for the Client portfolio of services
2. Experience working in Agile environment
3. Responsible for the success of a product or group of products through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans
4. Major job duties include working defining over 200 offer variables for each new offer request using the Final Marketing Checklist form
5. Accountable for implementing product offers and promotions for the Client portfolio of services; delivering 4-6 projects quarterly
6. Responsible for gaining requirements alignment and communicating offers and product requirements across various organizations including Strategy, IT, Engineering, Customer Care/Sales Ops, Legal for every project assigned
7. Responsible for breaking down business needs into technical requirements for IT on daily basis; Ensure that technical requirements represent the business and broader needs of the cross-functional team for ever project assigned
8. Write/review features & capabilities from start to finish; work with design teams on any design concepts that are needed; partner with engineering/tech teams on tech solutions, then partner with GTM on go-live activities for every project launch
9. Provide continuing product surveillance and management of established product to attain financial objectives
10. Manages cross-functional teams through functional requirements gathering, implementation and validation through to initial launch or lifecycle of a service
11. Actively participate & consult in quarterly PI Planning
12. Conduct ongoing risk analysis and recommend alternative options to influence decisions
13.Play a consultative role with marketing partners to identify solutions that achieve the business goal on as needed basis
14.Act as a liaison to clients and other IT organizations as a subject matter expert on the business processes they represent
15.Collaborate daily/weekly with marketing and sales operations teams to develop service delivery and channel enablement plans
16. Act as the foremost expert within the product marketing discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization on an ongoing basis
17. Develop, maintain, and distribute, daily standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new data applications and devices, including implmentation plan, project schedule, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies.
18. Provide weekly readout to leadership level regarding products and plans as assigned
19. Must foster strong relationships with internal and external resources; Engage with different functional teams and business units in order to drive business success and optimization.
20. The successful candidate should have Client and/or U-verse billing and ordering experience or equivalent. A working knowledge of C3, STMS, Enabler, OMS, Online, Salesforce and/or front-end ordering systems is highly desired.
21. Knowledge of several lines of the consumer business is highly desired, including Client and U-verse programming, packages and products.
The ability to lead projects across multiple organizations such as IT, Sales Operations, Marketing Strategy and Offer Execution is a must.
