Job Details

Skillset required: Agile and Waterfall project management, technical program/product management, excellent verbal and written communication, requirements documentation, business analysis, issue triaging, root cause analysis, problem solving, partner management
Tools used: Slack, Wrike, Keynote, Quip (spreadsheet and word processing), Mail and Calendar.
Cross-functional teams: WW and regional logistics business teams, IS&T, BPR, RFO, AppleCare, Product Ops.
Preferred experience: Worked projects on distribution/fulfillment center, carriers, logistics, supply chain, compliance
Scope of Work
  1. Manage feature backlog of an internal application
    1. Work with Business (WW/AMR/EMEIA/APAC) on requirement documentation and prioritization
    2. Work with Engineering to review requirements and partner to
    3. Manage project/product level communication with a broad stakeholder team
      1. Ad hoc
      2. Weekly
      3. Monthly
    4. Lead UAT
      1. UAT coordination
      2. Issue Triaging
      3. Reporting
    5. Lead feature cutover and warranty
    6. Minimize risk
  2. Work with internal teams to manage translation of an application
    1. Create a regular cadence/governance for submission
    2. Work with stakeholders to complete and communicate the status of translation
  3. Lead the global GS1 governance board and meetings
    1. Work with external partner group like GS1 to coordinate on changes
    2. Communicate statuses, challenges, achievements with the project team
  4. Battery
    1. Business analysis on impact and change
    2. Work with cross-functional teams
    3. Suggest working model and management system
    4. Knowledge gathering and documentation
