Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering financial services projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment management, portfolio management, or asset management systems and proven experience in facilitating Agile practices, coaching teams, and ensuring effective delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple Agile teams.
- Serve as a servant leader for the Scrum teams, removing impediments and enabling teams to focus on delivering value.
- Coach teams, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement .
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of requirements.
- Monitor team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts) and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the team.
- Support cross-functional teams in coordinating dependencies, managing risks, and resolving conflicts .
- Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and financial domain standards in project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience in financial services, investment management, or asset management .
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies .
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools .
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills .
- Proven ability to coach teams, foster collaboration, and drive process improvement .
- Knowledge of financial operations, portfolio management systems, or regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or Agile coaching certifications.
- Prior experience with investment management clients .
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational skills .
