RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer with exceptional technical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to support and enhance our enablement platforms. Their initial primary focus will be to serve as the company's Atlassian expert, optimizing Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and related integrations to deliver high-value solutions. Over time, the Engineer will also support and help evolve additional enablement platforms across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be part of the enablement platform support team within Productivity Engineering and Developer Enablement, delivering solutions that meet business needs and defined success metrics
* Architect, implement, and optimize platform configurations - with an initial focus on Atlassian tools
* Partner with engineering, DevOps, and business teams to identify opportunities for automation, integration, and workflow improvements
* Research, recommend, and apply best practices for platform administration and scalability
* Communicate effectively across distributed teams using video, phone, email, and chat
REQUIREMENTS:
* Deep expertise with Atlassian products (Jira, Service Desk, Analytics, Confluence) and related integrations
* Experience with platform deployment, migration, and performance tuning
* Ability to configure advanced settings such as SSO, user directories, and permission schemas
* Familiarity with additional productivity, collaboration, or developer tooling platforms
* Adaptability to learn and support new technologies as the enablement ecosystem evolves
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
