Position Title: Helpdesk Analyst


Required Skills:



  • 6+ months of experience in a helpdesk, technical support, call center, or customer service role.



  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 10, or 11).

  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Preferred (Not Required):



  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Zendesk).

  • Exposure to Active Directory.

  • Interest in pursuing a career in IT or technical support.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is a plus.



Description of Role/ Responsibilities


We're looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our client's technical support team as an Entry-Level Helpdesk Analyst. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous experience in customer service, call centers, or helpdesk environments who are looking for a career in IT support. Ideal candidates have previous Windows OS experience and are comfortable going onsite.
