About Our Client
A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain UFT-based UI automation for Excel add-ins, including modular, data-driven frameworks and reusable VBScript code.
- Simulate and validate complex Excel UI workflows, using UFT for interaction testing, SQL for data validation, and Gen AI tools to enhance automation.
- Integrate and execute automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bamboo, GitHub Actions); track and resolve defects using JIRA.
- Drive quality improvements by analyzing failures, enhancing frameworks, documenting test assets, mentoring junior QAs, and promoting best practices.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of UI automation experience with UFT in enterprise environments; strong skills in Object Repository, Descriptive Programming, and VBScript.
- Expertise in building modular, data-driven, and keyword-driven UFT frameworks; skilled in debugging and optimizing test scripts.
- Solid understanding of Excel object models, Office automation, SQL for test data, and CI/CD tools like Bamboo and GitHub Actions.
- Strong communicator with problem-solving skills; experience with Agentic AI tools and mentoring or leading junior QA team members preferred.
