Description

The Executive Support Technician joining this Global Executive Support team is responsible for providing technical support to all of the executives that work in Santa Clara. They will be a part of a team focused on supporting any technical issues they have with their laptop, software applications, collaboration tools, etc. They will also be setting up, operating, and maintaining audio and video equipment for the executives team. This person will be responsible for maintaining conference rooms and will be required to support any meetings and presentations they attend. This person needs to have a high level of professionalism, aptitude to learn and provide excellent customer service. This person will be responsible for: - Providing support to the executives at Applied Materials in Santa Clara (Directors, VPs and C-level) - They will support QBR meetings - This person will be in the room for high level strategy meetings - They will be repsonsible for conference room support and devices set up and management Technologies they use: - Crestron for their AV hardware - They do not have a ticketing system for this team. The executives reach out via Teams or email, via Outlook

- This person needs to have some exposure to working with executives in the past. - They NEED to have a proactive approach to their work. There is minimal hand holding and task direction during their day to day. When they have downtime, they are expected to ask the leads what they can help with or where they can provide additional support.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
