Job Details
Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a multi-workstream Cyber Resilience program. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination, transparent reporting, and effective execution across a broad portfolio of initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational cyber resilience. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, tracking progress, and driving results across both strategic and tactical cybersecurity objectives. The scope of work includes improving resilience policies, awareness, processes, technologies, assessment methodologies, and tools-working in collaboration with a range of business and technology partners across various lines of defense. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of a Cyber Resilience program, including tracking project milestones, structuring workstreams, and maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
- Produce clear, accurate, and timely reports and presentations for stakeholders at multiple levels, including working groups, steering committees, and executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain organized project documentation including plans, risk registers, and financial tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and standards, including support for business case submissions and funding approvals.
- Collaborate with procurement and resource management teams to handle staffing needs, vendor engagements, and contract renewals.
- Identify and proactively address blockers, high-risk issues, and interdependencies across projects.
- Support internal and external audit processes related to infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Partner with global and regional business units to ensure alignment and shared ownership of deliverables.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology delivery within the financial services or investment banking sector.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or enterprise project management methodologies.
- Project/Program Management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hybrid work model based in a corporate office setting.
- Flexibility to support occasional non-standard business hours due to global stakeholder needs.
