Job description:

The SAP EWM Solution Lead will have experience with specifically Inbound & Outbound processes, Replenishment Strategies, cross docking, Labour Management, Material flow system, Integration with third-party warehouse automation system etc. Possess the ability to review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes for warehouse management within the Procure to Pay (PTP) or Demand to Supply (DTS) work stream.

Key responsibilities:

• Ability to design to-be business processes for warehouse management based on SAP PTP, OTC & DTS global template and best practices
• Ability to configure and maintain the relevant ECC components including but not limited to SAP EWM (including documentation)
• Provide guidance to the businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP system.
• Lead and assist in SAP design sessions.
• Support business users in delivery of end user training.
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Build and deliver executive communication regarding project strategy decisions on scope, cost & quality
• Perform or manage production support of SAP business processes as needed
• Act as escalation point for solution design or troubleshooting with outside service partners.
• Support ABAP or SAP technical development as appropriate.

Required Skills:

• Integration with other SAP Products like S4H & TM will be must.
• ABAP programming skills including ABAP Performance analysis is preferred.
• Project leadership and support of all active units and departments using SAP, with primary focus area on Extended Warehouse Management
• 12+ Years of relevant experience
• Hybrid work environment with travel required. Home base of Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, San Fran, Chicago, or New York is preferred.
