Job Description:
Program Manager Tech

Duration: ~8 months

Location: Fully Remote (Must meet PST core hours)

Typical Day in the Role
  • Drive Technical Advance Training and Technical Call Projects.
  • Collect requirements from partners and collaborate with trainers and managers to develop training materials.
  • Select appropriate attendees from the CSS TA community.
  • Analyze metrics and feedback to measure impact.
  • Create monthly slides for leadership updates.
  • Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
  • Create/review functional specifications to guide implementation decisions.
  • Provide technical/analytical insights to Product Managers and Unit Managers.
  • Organize cross-functional activities to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Maintain program/project schedules and status reports.
Key Projects
  • Publishing content using Articulate to the QA (LMS) platform.
Candidate Requirements
Best vs. Average
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Must have experience in high-demand environments managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical project management background including:
    • SQL writing
    • Data analysis
    • Report/visualization building
  • Experienced candidates not focused only on communication or team interaction.
  • 18+ months of tenure.
Ideal Candidate Background
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong technical PM with SQL, data analysis, and reporting experience.
  • Exposure to Articulate is a plus.
