Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Conduct welcome calls with clients to review project scope and goals. Answer client questions and ensure access to required websites, tools, and credentials. Engage clients across different business areas and provide necessary scripts. Support clients during the development phase by addressing questions and ensuring smooth progress. When ready for transaction testing, introduce the client to a Test Analyst. Upon project completion, send a wrap-up and thank-you email.
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to articulate both verbal and written, instructions, explanations, and processes.
Basic understanding of the credit card industry
Proven documentation aptitude
Self-motivation and continued learning to keep up with changing card brand requirements
Read and understand defined parameters outlined within a documented process guide.
Oversee a daily conference call to coordinate your vendor, tester, and stakeholders throughout the project Required Knowledge:
Familiarity with POS software and its supporting technologies; software and database knowledge is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively to all project stakeholders and manage customers' expectations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google for business.
Level: Works under limited supervision; works on complex assignments requiring some independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Coordinates daily work covering multiple assignments.
Certification with GP: Clients must certify software that processes transactions through GP. This involves validating against specifications, following compliance rules, and aligning with industry verticals.
Training Approach: Begin with simpler platforms and certifications to help new hires learn the process. Focus on understanding the payment ecosystem and terminology. Reason for Opening: Increased project volume requiring additional support.
Key Concepts: Card-present vs. card-not-present transactions.
Useful experience includes: Payment industry (especially technical customer service or merchant services) Implementation manager or production support roles Familiarity with payment processing and credit card operations Preparing clients for handoff to a Test Analyst
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (no advanced formulas required). Ability to write professional emails and update documentation as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.78 - $31.78/hr.
