Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily support & incident management for Pega PRPC applications (automotive domain)
Build REST/SOAP integrations, configure SSO (OIDC)
Deliver enhancements, hot-fixes, and change requests
Implement background agents & batch processes
Monitor & optimize performance, analyze logs (Tracer/Clipboard)
Support deployments (PDM, CI/CD with Jenkins, Tekton)
Conduct peer reviews, enforce best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders, estimate effort, and reduce outages
Must Have:
6+ years Pega PRPC development & architecture
CSA and CSSA certifications
Strong with flow actions, activities, decision tables, declarative rules
REST integrations, XML, OIDC SSO
Production support & incident management experience
Agile/Scrum, JIRA, ServiceNow, Pega PDM
Preferred:
Jenkins, Tekton, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana
PostgreSQL, SQL Server
JSON, Java fundamentals, business process support
