SUMMARY OF THE REQUIREMENT
**Project Location
Reston, VA (Hybrid) – Must be DC/MD/VA-based
Onsite 2–3 times per week (flexibility possible after initial months)
**Interview Process
Round 1: Video interview
Round 2: Onsite panel interview at Reston, VA office
**Key Requirements:
Business Analysis Skills
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Experience with UI-centric projects (internal app: Member 360 for CSRs)
Familiarity with web services & front-end workflows (no coding/design work)
Agile & SAFe
Strong understanding of Agile (sprints, stand-ups, Scrum ceremonies)
SAFe Agile knowledge
User Story Management
Create/manage 21–25 Jira stories every two weeks
Handle API-related requirements and translate them into user stories
Team Collaboration
Work with large cross-functional teams (e.g., 3 teams, 10–12 developers, 4–6 testers)
Preferred
Healthcare domain experience (2+ years)
ServiceNow/ITSM experience (big plus, not mandatory)
Enterprise-Level Experience
Comfortable in large-scale environments and processes
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Education Details: Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or related field
In Lieu of Education
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
