Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Project Manager with 10+ years' experience to lead the implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects related to Oracle EBS applications for our client in CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in Oracle EBS projects, and a solid understanding of business processes.
Detailed Job Description:
Develop a comprehensive migration strategy for upgrading Oracle E-Business Suite from on-premises version 12.2.6 to cloud version 12.2.12, with a primary focus on core financial modules.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, considering business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Establish clear project timelines, milestones, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Lead a multidisciplinary project team, including functional consultants, technical experts, and external vendors, to execute the migration project effectively.
Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members throughout all phases of the migration lifecycle, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT executives, and end users, to understand their requirements, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular status updates, executive briefings, and presentations, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of the new cloud-based Oracle E-Business Suite system, including training programs, user guides, and communication campaigns.
Implement robust quality assurance processes to validate system functionality, data integrity, and performance throughout the migration project lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality
Collaborate with external vendors, cloud service providers, and implementation partners to leverage their expertise, resources, and best practices in executing the migration project.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure delivery of high-quality services and adherence to project requirements and timelines.
