Job Description:

Project/Program Management:

Lead and manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and monitor progress against established milestones.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve project objectives.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes, implementing proactive solutions to ensure project success.

Regularly communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.

HR Process Improvement:

Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Develop and implement strategies to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

Conduct analysis and gather data to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.

Change Management:

Lead change management efforts associated with HR projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes or systems.

Develop change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and reinforcement mechanisms to support successful change implementation.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure HR projects and programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Identify potential compliance risks and implement measures to mitigate these risks effectively.

Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to HR team members and stakeholders as necessary.
