SAP FM (Funds Management) Functional Analyst
REMOTE - East Coast Work hours
Market Rate, W2 and C2C options available
Note: MUST be able to acquire SECRET Security Clearance after being approved for the project, or currently hold Active SECRET Security Clearance or higher

General Description of Labor Category:

Works directly with end users and Tier 3 to resolve production issues. Provides end user support inclusive of logging, updating, monitoring, resolving, and forwarding help desk tickets. Assesses the impact to supported commands and overall soundness of design for any modifications to Navy ERP Functional Design Requirement Specifications. Creates and maintains training materials and participates in Navy ERP wide workshops and meetings related to module and/or business area and facilitate working groups within the module. Assists with the prioritization of work to address defects including testing in support of system changes, monitoring interfaces associated with functional module and business reengineering efforts.

Required Skills:

• 4 years of SAP FI experience
• 1 year of SAP FM experience
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree.
• Federal experience required
• Must be able to clear a DoD clearance

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, test (functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance), implementation, and post-production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting the SAP FI-FM module (in a Tier 2 environment).
• Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
• Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
• Federal DoD experience Navy ERP experience preferred
