Job Details

We're working with a client in Las Vegas, NV that is looking to bring on a fully onsite Field Technician to support both field locations and internal users. This role blends hands on field tech work with traditional service desk and desktop support, supporting community build sites and the divisional office. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-facing, and comfortable delivering high touch, white glove IT support in person.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in face-to-face environments and takes pride in doing things the right way the first time. You'll be trusted to represent IT directly at field sites and the divisional office, working closely with teams that value discipline, reliability, and strong communication. Mileage is covered, travel time is paid, and the work you do has immediate, visible impact across the business.

Contract Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience in a field technician, desktop support, or service desk role
  • Strong customer service skills with a white-glove, high-touch support mindset
  • Solid networking fundamentals including LAN troubleshooting and internet connectivity
  • Experience installing and supporting hardware in onsite environments
  • Experience supporting Windows desktops and common business applications
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Office 365
  • Professional communication skills and business-professional presence
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Las Vegas and travel locally to field sites
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Military background or experience working in structured, disciplined environments
  • Stronger-than-average networking knowledge or prior networking-focused roles
  • Experience supporting executives, leadership teams, or high-visibility users
  • Experience with Starlink or Cradlepoint devices
  • Experience using Halo ITSM or similar ticketing systems

What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown
  • 30% Hardware and field installations including workstations, printers, modems, Starlink, and Cradlepoint devices
  • 20% Networking and LAN troubleshooting
  • 25% White-glove service desk and desktop support
  • 15% Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365
  • 10% ITSM and ticketing using Halo ITSM

  • 100% Hands On
