Job Details

Our client is a global organization, named one of the largest in the Automobile industry! They are rapidly growing and going through a robust digital transformation. The business and senior leadership have put a huge emphasis on technology initiatives and are looking for passionate team members to contribute to the growth and development of the technical environment. This is a contract with potential to hire position that offers a hybrid office schedule, you must be comfortable being on site on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The Product Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional business teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvement, define requirements, and lead the delivery of technology solutions using Agile methodologies. This role acts as a bridge between business needs and technical teams, ensuring the successful development and implementation of products that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, product management expertise, and the ability to lead initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to identify and evaluate process and technology improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to define clear business requirements for system enhancements or new features.
  • Lead discovery efforts to identify high-impact opportunities, define success metrics, and align priorities with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain a 12-month executable product roadmap, including opportunity assessments, business cases, and product vision.
  • Act as Product Owner on Agile teams, managing user stories, leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and validating deliverables.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including concept validation, development oversight, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Define non-functional requirements such as system performance, security, and user experience; create wireframes and mock-ups.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers and technical leads on cross-functional projects, ensuring dependencies and risks are managed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to define technical solutions, estimates, and delivery plans.
  • Provide support for application issues, troubleshooting root causes, and partnering with support teams for resolution.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management role.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience in full product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery.
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and KPI development.
  • High degree of organization, prioritization, and time management.
  • Adept at creating product artifacts such as user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Ability to mentor and support other product team members or business analysts.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
