York IT Solutions is hiring Healthcare Payer Business Analyst on contract to hire and onsite capacity.
Location: Eagan, MN
Duration: Long Term
Hourly Rate: $45-$55.00 an hr
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business process teams to understand and analyze healthcare payer processes, including claims processing, enrollment, and medical management.
Engage with stakeholders to identify data needs and support operational decisions through data analysis.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to design new systems and processes that optimize healthcare operations.
Utilize analytical skills to provide insights that will inform business strategies and improve overall efficiency.
Ensure that data migration and system changes align with business objectives and operational requirements.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating operational needs into actionable data strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a data analyst role within the healthcare payer sector, with a strong understanding of healthcare processes.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations and business leaders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies, though a focus on domain knowledge over technical skills is essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
