Job Title: Murex Technical Consultant

Location: Phoenix /Raleigh, NC

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Murex Technical Consultant with solid experience in the MX.3 platform and a strong understanding of capital markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Murex solutions across front-to-back-office operations, with a focus on integrating trading and risk systems into the capital market ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Murex modules including Datamart, MxML Exchange, and Workflow.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Murex and external/internal systems using MxML, XML, FpML, APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across front, middle, and back office modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts, traders, risk, and operations teams to understand and deliver technical solutions aligned with capital market processes.
• Participate in Murex upgrades, migrations, and system performance tuning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through effective data and reporting integration (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II, FRTB).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4 8 years of experience working with Murex MX.3, especially in technical implementation/support roles.
• Strong experience in MxML workflows, Datamart reporting, integration development, and system configuration.
• Solid knowledge of capital markets: trade lifecycle, derivatives, fixed income, FX, equities.
• Proficient in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle, and Unix/Linux shell scripting
• Experience with FIX/SWIFT protocols, market data feeds, and trade processing platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
