Role :-ServiceNow FSM Developer Location :- Seattle, WA(Onsite)
L3 8+Years of relevant experience
ServiceNow FSM Developer. The ideal candidate will need to have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and developing custom solutions on the ServiceNow FSM module. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and Customer stakeholders to build robust field service solutions that streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Certifications:
Strong understanding of Field Operations, Dispatching, and Field Technician workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow Agent Mobile App for FSM.
Familiarity with ServiceNow integration tools and techniques.
Understanding of FSM industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist FSM
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSM solutions and custom applications.
Configure and customize FSM components such as Work order management, Dispatcher workspace, Dynamic Scheduling, Planned Maintenance, Inventory management, Field agent mobile app, skills, and parts management.
Develop integrations with third-party systems (ERP, GIS, GPS, etc.) using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Automate workflows using Flow Designer and/or Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing FSM configurations and functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.
