Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Steward with strong Business Analyst / Data Analyst capabilities to support SAP ERP upgrade and implementation initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring data quality, governance, and smooth data transition across SAP systems during transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Data Steward for SAP ERP systems (ECC / S/4HANA)
• Support SAP upgrade or implementation projects with strong data ownership
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP functional teams
• Analyze business data requirements and translate them into data standards and rules
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across SAP modules
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and cleansing during migration activities
• Define and maintain data governance processes, policies, and controls
• Create documentation including:
• Data definitions
• Business rules
• Data lineage
• Data quality metrics
• Support UAT and testing by validating data results
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (BA role)

Required Skills

• Experience as SAP Data Steward / Data Analyst / Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Understanding of SAP data structures and master data
• Experience in SAP upgrades, implementations, or data migration projects
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
