Description:
* Provide technical support for computer/data center operations.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and non-desktop computer hardware and software.
* Maintain access control, data integrity, and file system security.
* Monitor and record system performance and utilization metrics.
* Communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
* Recommend hardware and software solutions to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply technical skill and judgment for non-routine technical support.
* Install and configure computer systems in a centralized network setting.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Maintain security and integrity of data center environment.
* Track and monitor system performance metrics.
* Recommend process and technology improvements.
* Participate in IT and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications:
* Professional-level technical skills in computer/data center operations.
* Experience in installing and configuring server hardware and software.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
* Experience in recommending and implementing technology solutions.
