Job Details

We're looking for project manager candidate candidates for the SAP Success Factors for our client project.

As the SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of our SAP SuccessFactors platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external consultants, to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
2.Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
Communicate project status updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Proactively address stakeholder concerns and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
3.Solution Design and Configuration:
Work closely with HR business partners to understand requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors system configurations.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions and integrations to meet business needs.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of configured solutions.
4.Change Management and Training:
Develop change management strategies and communication plans to support the adoption of SAP SuccessFactors within the organization.
Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and continuously refine processes to optimize system usability and effectiveness.
5.Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of SAP SuccessFactors best practices, updates, and new features to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and efficiency through process optimization and automation.
Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and improve future project delivery.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with prior experience in HR system implementations.(Preferred)
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
Experience with change management and training initiatives to support system adoption.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Certifications
SAP Certified Application Associate for HR preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
