Are you a Kubernetes wizard and cloud native champion? We re on the hunt for a Lead DevOps Engineer who s passionate about scaling modern telecom infrastructures and turning cloud chaos into order. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and can lead both systems and people, you might just be the DevOps maestro we re looking for.

What You ll Do:

As our Lead DevOps Engineer, you ll drive the backbone of next-gen telecom systems from zero-downtime deployments to scalable, resilient microservices in the cloud.

  • Architect and lead the buildout of production-grade Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS

  • Define, evangelize, and enforce DevOps best practices in a telecom environment (OSS/BSS, CNFs, VNFs)

  • Build secure and scalable Kubernetes control plane components, operators, and CRDs

  • Use Helm, Terraform, Ansible to automate everything from provisioning to monitoring

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) tailored to telecom workloads

  • Collaborate with solution architects to containerize and deploy telco applications

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, reliability, and security

  • Lead incident response and infrastructure post-mortems

  • Mentor a growing DevOps team, fostering innovation and technical excellence

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 8+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, with 3+ years in a technical leadership capacity

  • Mastery of Kubernetes (CKA-level knowledge) and real-world experience with AWS EKS

  • Deep CI/CD chops with Jenkins and/or GitLab CI/CD

  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm

  • Cloud fluency in AWS, bonus if familiar with Google Cloud Platform/Azure

  • Strong Linux fundamentals (RHCE-level), shell scripting, and networking skills

  • Programming in Go or Python

  • Tools you know and love: Prometheus, Grafana, Istio, Splunk
