  • 8+ years of experience in sales and business development within the staffing or talent acquisition industry.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow our staffing business across multiple industries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and HR leaders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize service offerings and ensure alignment with market demands.
