Role Description: We are looking for an innovative and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead our digital transformation efforts by bridging ITSM processes with robust frameworks. This role is ideal for a professional with 6 10 years of ServiceNow development experience who is passionate about streamlining service delivery, integrating sustainability metrics, and creating impactful workflows that drive both operational efficiency and corporate responsibility.

Essential Skills: Platform Architecture & ITSM Development Solution Design & Implementation:o Architect, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions covering core ITSM functions, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.o Transform business challenges into digital workflows that comply with ITIL standards, ensuring a scalable and efficient IT service delivery system. Scripting & Automation:o Develop and maintain UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and business rules to automate routine tasks, enforce data integrity, and enhance the overall user experience.o Utilize Flow Designer and legacy Workflow tools to automate key IT processes, driving consistency and efficiency across operations.Integration & API Management Data Connectivity:o Develop robust REST APIs and scripted REST API integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems.o Ensure a seamless data flow that supports effective decision-making, compliance reporting, and real-time monitoring across ITSM domain.
Desirable Skills: Experience:o 6 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with a strong focus on ITSM modules.o Demonstrated experience integrating and managing ITSM-related processes or sustainability reporting within digital platforms is highly desirable. Technical Skills:o Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, with extensive experience in developing UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and business rules.o Expertise in ServiceNow Flow Designer, legacy Workflow modules, REST API development, and scripted REST APIs.o Strong background in designing and managing custom Workspaces and performance analytics dashboards. Certifications:o Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist are a plus. Soft Skills:o Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and agile environments.o A passion for leveraging technology to drive operational improvements and contribute to corporate sustainability and social responsibility goals.
