Job Details
Role: Registered Nurse
Location: 36, Clinton Street, Concord, NH, 03301
Duration: 16+week
Shift hours: RN s - Days (7a-3p /5-8 s only 7 RN s
RN s - Evenings (3-11 /5-8 s only 4 RN s
RNs must be qualified to perform duties that include but are not limited to:
Conducting physical assessments, including psychiatric or admission assessments.
Administering medication(s).
Processing of physician orders.
Monitoring vital signs.
Testing blood glucose levels.
Completing treatments.
Conducting pain assessments.
Changing dressings.
Providing venipuncture services.
Management of the milieu.
Utilizing the electronic health record (EHR) to obtain clinical information and to document patient care.
Communicating both verbally and in writing to report related findings
In accordance with agency policies, declare a personal safety emergency stemming from any situation where the physical or emotional safety of an individual is at risk and immediate action is necessary to prevent harm or injury (e.g., physical assaults, verbal threats, medical equipment malfunctions, or incidents of patient/resident elopement) as needed.
Remarks:
Minimum 2 yrs of psych experience is required.
Orientation will be in the 1st shift for 4 weeks.
Initial 26 week contracted signed- RN
Please note 11-7 nurses work as the only nurse on the unit on third shift without any supervisors hence the candidate must be comfortable for the same.
