Job Details

Job Title: QA Sales Executive Professional Testing Services with SaaS

Location: Seeking candidates local to NY/NJ or East Coast

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Own and deliver revenue targets across assigned enterprise accounts or regions.

  • Drive new business development by identifying and converting opportunities through cold calling, referrals, events, digital outreach, social selling, and networking.

  • Collaborate with internal presales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft tailored service proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.

  • Conduct service capability presentations and articulate the value of testing services in reducing business risk, improving time-to-market, and achieving digital transformation goals.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and account growth.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

  • Work closely with marketing and demand generation teams to increase visibility and lead flow for testing services.

Candidate Profile Experience and Desired Competencies:
  • 10 15 years of enterprise IT services sales experience, with a strong track record in selling QA/Testing Services.

  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience in selling professional or managed testing services, including automation, performance, or test consulting.

  • Sound understanding of the software testing lifecycle, QA challenges in digital transformation, and trends in automation and AI-led testing.

  • Proven success in engaging with CXOs, QA Heads, CIOs, and other key decision-makers.

  • Ability to independently own sales cycles and collaborate cross-functionally for proposal creation and solutioning.

  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and experience in sales reporting and forecasting.

  • High energy, self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
