Position: Junior HR Receptionist
Schedule: Full-Time | On-site | Monday Friday (No Exceptions)
Hours: 40 hours/week
We are seeking a highly professional and polished Junior HR Receptionist to join our corporate team. This is a front-facing role located within the HR department, occupying an entire floor of our organization. The ideal candidate will be articulate, exceptionally well-groomed, intelligent, and experienced in corporate environments.
As the first point of contact for C-suite executives, global visitors, and employees at all levels including interns you must be poised, personable, and confident. A strong understanding of corporate etiquette and protocols is essential.
This role requires someone who is punctual, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and adaptability in performing a range of administrative tasks are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct all visitors and guests with professionalism and warmth
Answer and manage high-volume domestic and international phone calls
Forward calls and messages to appropriate departments
Support the HR department with administrative tasks, such as employment verifications and invoice processing
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform general office tasks including filing, organization, and upkeep
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a professional corporate environment (experience in hospitality, fast food, or call centers will not meet the role requirements)
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail and presentation
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Must be a self-starter, punctual, and able to adapt to changing needs
Valid driver's license or official state ID required for employment processing
Reliable daily transportation is mandatory no exceptions
Preferred:
< or equal to 5 years of relevant receptionist or front-desk administrative experience in a corporate setting
