VDart Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects focused on network and IT infrastructure. This position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals, while supporting construction and IT work performed by contractors and vendors at project sites.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate across stakeholders, and hands-on experience in Networking/IT Project Management.

Qualifications

• 3 4 years of experience managing or assisting in network/IT infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong knowledge of network and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project for scheduling and project tracking.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage executives, vendors, and purchasers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall management of assigned infrastructure and network projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and safety objectives.
• Assess productivity, quality, schedule compliance, and safety performance on assigned projects.
• Participate in walkdowns of planned work, validate deliverables against design requirements, and review contractor payment requests.
• Verify constructability, assess project status, ensure proper resource allocation, and resolve field-level issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, local officials, and internal teams.
• Assist with scope control, budget tracking, scheduling, and technical issue resolution.
• Provide performance reporting and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Reinforce safety, compliance, corrective action, and professional conduct expectations with employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups such as safety, engineering, construction, budget, analytics, and contract administration.
• Interface with the project s management committee to ensure alignment and execution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
