Position Title: Coordinator, Design Operations
Location: South Deerfield, MA (Hybrid)
Reports To: Manager, Design Operations

Job Overview:
The Coordinator, Design Operations plays a critical role in supporting Newell Brands' strategic business unit (BU) and eCommerce initiatives by driving the development and delivery of omni-channel content. This includes support for existing product lines, new product development (NPD), and content creation across direct and indirect eCommerce platforms. This role is essential in executing design deliverables on time and within budget, spanning SEO content, digital assets, printed materials, and production efforts. Acting as a central support figure, the Coordinator ensures the consistent flow of information, process governance, and asset management within the Design Operations function.
Responsibilities:
Support the production of print and digital media assets, including product packaging, videos, web content, online ads, SEO elements, and email campaigns.
Serve as the communication hub for project details, ensuring efficient information flow among team members.
Implement and maintain content governance workflows by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Assesses and mitigates risks to keep the deployment process on track.
Track and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee artwork routing and approval processes throughout project lifecycles.
Assist the Design Team with vendor proofing during both digital and physical stages.
Serve as the liaison for internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
Manage and administer project tasks and milestones within assigned initiatives.
Execute final delivery processes including file releases, system uploads, SFRA site page building, customer portal submissions, and asset archiving.
Perform additional tasks as required to support the function.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
1 2 years of experience in a relevant role
Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful
Proactive problem-solver with a positive, "can-do" attitude
Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong independent work ethic and team collaboration skills
Excellent communication and information-gathering abilities
Understanding of design and creative production processes
Strong workflow management and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Office 365; familiarity with Workfront or similar project management software is a plus.
