RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Implementation Manager Supply Chain in San Diego, CA.
Duties Include:
* Lead global/international D365 implementation projects, understanding and mitigating challenges related to diverse cultures and languages
* Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different geographies and business functions
* Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated and utilized
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10 years of ERP implementation experience including hands-on configuration, managing/leading matrix teams
* 5+ years of progressive leading/managing experience within D365 implementation projects
* 3-5 years of people management including 1+ years of direct reports
* Extensive hands-on configuration experience with Dynamics 365 (exclusive of AX experience)
* Flexible approach to people management with a focus on grooming, guiding, and developing team members
* Proven experience leading at least one full global D365 implementation project
* Strong preference for candidates with a background and deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes due to the complexity involved
* Experience implementing the full suite of D365 functionalities, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and order-to-cash
* Demonstrated experience managing teams across multiple geographies (UK, Americas, Asia Pacific or Australia/New Zealand preferred) and navigating cultural and language differences
* Proven ability to manage project budgets and ensure resource alignment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
