Job Details

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the overall execution &  supporting of the Supply & Logistics applications such as the Right Angle Suite (Physicals and Derivatives), the WAM Application, TMW Suite, the Data Hub and other S&L processes needed to support the Supply Business.
 
Key Characteristics: • Ability to lead root cause analysis on critical issues impacting S&L applications across multiple functional areas and provide corrective action plans to resolve.
• Manages system changes (both defects and improvements) involving the Supply functionality and works directly with business to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Leadership and mentoring of the Functional team members and continuous drive to improve system for end users.
Responsibilities:
• Provides day-to-day resource management and prioritization of team activities.
• Lead and mentor team members in Right Angle, WAM, TMW and Data Hub processes and configuration
• Taking a lead role in detecting, diagnosing, and resolving system and application problems; conduct root cause analysis, submitting and managing incident tickets, following through on analysis, and developing methods for improvement
• Collaborate on change implementation plans and strategies, performing risk and impact assessments prior to change implementation.
• Provides and directs oversight of all vendor support and ensures incident resolutions and problems are correctly identified with the proposed final solution consistent with the end users' functional requirements.
• Directs project life cycle activities that results in the delivery of quality software applications and system enhancements.
• Ensures quality systems integration, follows testing and change control procedures.
• Manages upgrades and application of support packages with S&L Applications.
• Develops and manages project plans and schedules.
• Prepares regular activity status reports to inform management of work completed or pending, identification of any issues which need resolution.
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of Enterprise Level Solutions in managing the AmeriGas Right Angle, WHAM, TMW, Data Hub and other project supporting applications.
• Good Business knowledge of the critical processes in the AmeriGas Supply stream
• Ability and proven experience leading teams
• Strong managerial skills
• Excellent customer service skills and strong experience interacting with Operations and Sales end users.
 
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in Oil and Gas or Utility industry
• Experience with Enterprise Level Application management
• Experience integrating to routing optimization software and mobile technology.
• Experience integrating with other 3rd party applications through EDI, API, or AZURE
