Title: AI/ML Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in machine learning, data processing, and model deployment, with hands-on experience across multiple frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying AI-driven solutions that operate in production environments and deliver measurable value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models, with a focus on healthcare applications such as disease prediction, patient risk assessment, diagnostics, and personalized treatment recommendations.
Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
Research and apply emerging AI/ML techniques (e.g., LLMs, generative AI, reinforcement learning) to domain-specific use cases.
Deploy scalable, lightweight models for real-time inference in cloud and edge environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into client applications.
Conduct experiments, evaluate performance metrics, and iterate to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Document workflows, maintain reproducible pipelines, and follow best practices in model governance.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
5+ years of applied AI/ML engineering experience.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field (PhD preferred).
Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models, with exposure to healthcare data and systems.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and MLOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
Experience with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data pipeline frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Spark).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
