• Description: System administrator for Oracle Private Cloud Appliances, including guest VMs, along with standalone Oracle ZFS Storage Appliances. Main responsibilities include security remediations and OS patching for Oracle Enterprise Linux 7.x and Windows 2019 servers. Other tasks include incident resolution, OpenLDAP maintenance, server builds and decommissions, configuring and maintaining backups, and maintaining/testing of our DR environment.
• Skills Needed:

• Oracle Enterprise Linux 7, 8

• Strong knowledge of OpenLDAP
• Scripting in shell and Perl
• Ansible
• Oracle PCA
• Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance
• Oracle HA proxy
• Oracle HTTP reverse proxy
• Oracle WebLogic
• Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (EMCC) 12c and 13c
• OSI Model
• Basic Networking, Routing, VLAN
• NFS / SMB
• Basic understanding of Active Directory (AD), DNS
• Identity mapping between Windows AD and Linux OpenLDAP
• Oracle SQL
• Backup/restore of VMs and bare metal servers
