Job Details
Job Title: IT Services Change Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 onsite)
Duration: Long term contract

Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree with 10+ years of experience
- 3 5 years of experience in IT servicing change management, project coordination, or communications within a technology or digital workplace environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise messaging.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-level presentations and visual storytelling artifacts for technology programs.
- Pass Change Management Scenario Assessment
- Strong organization and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Airtable, SharePoint, MS Office).
- Familiarity with communication technologies (e.g., Slack, Webex)
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Communications, Business Administration, or related field a plus
