Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, client relationship management, and solution selling within the IT services or product domain. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and delivering tailored IT solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target markets and industry verticals.

  • Engage with clients to understand their business and technology needs, and propose appropriate IT solutions (software, hardware, or services).

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Technical, and Delivery) to develop customized proposals and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and excellent customer service.

  • Prepare and deliver product or solution presentations, demos, and proposals.

  • Track, manage, and forecast sales using CRM tools.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a strong market position.

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 3 8 years of experience in IT Sales, preferably in Software Solutions, Cloud Services, Managed Services, or IT Consulting.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of IT concepts Cloud (AWS/Azure), SaaS, Networking, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
