We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, client relationship management, and solution selling within the IT services or product domain. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and delivering tailored IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target markets and industry verticals.
Engage with clients to understand their business and technology needs, and propose appropriate IT solutions (software, hardware, or services).
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Technical, and Delivery) to develop customized proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and excellent customer service.
Prepare and deliver product or solution presentations, demos, and proposals.
Track, manage, and forecast sales using CRM tools.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a strong market position.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3 8 years of experience in IT Sales, preferably in Software Solutions, Cloud Services, Managed Services, or IT Consulting.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT concepts Cloud (AWS/Azure), SaaS, Networking, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
