Job Tittle-Construction Superintendent


Pay Range-$41/- to $49/-


Responsibilities:



  • Overseeing job site coordination, cleanliness, and productivity, acting as the liaison between field operations and the office.

  • Resolving conflicts in structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

  • Enforcing quality control, monitoring contractor schedules, and conducting inspections as needed.

  • Reviewing project schedules and tracking contractor progress, reporting discrepancies to the Project Management Team.

  • Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including significant project events and milestones.

  • Collaborating with Facility Design Managers to interpret plans and specifications.

  • Working with Safety teams to ensure a safe job site.

  • Verifying labor and material quantities on site to ensure project needs are met.

  • Performing layout checks and ensuring accuracy.


Must Have s:



  • 3-5 years of Construction Superintendent experience

  • Strong knowledge of local/regional building codes and construction documents

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, contractors, and schedules effectively

  • Experience with Facility Life/Safety Systems, equipment, and quality control (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.)

  • Skilled in RFP and RFI document creation

  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Proficiency in Office Suite

  • Must be on-site full-time at the worksite

  • Prepared to be flexible with working hours
