NewGen is seeking an Entrepreneurial Account Manager Staff Augmentation
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in the DMV area DC, Maryland, Virginia)
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in staff augmentation sales

The Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and launch a new staffing service offering
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the DMV region
- Manage client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction
- Drive revenue through direct sales and networking
- Set and meet ambitious sales and growth goals
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience selling staff augmentation or technical staffing services
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry, particularly in the tech sector
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Must be based in the DMV area (even though this is a remote position)
- Willing to "roll up your sleeves" and do the hard work needed to succeed
