RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an EDI Analyst in Boca Raton, FL.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in managing ERP & EDI implementation, operations and improvement activities as directed
* Analyze current EDI implementation in order to make recommendations for process improvement and manage resolution projects
* Perform system administration, troubleshooting and upgrade activities for ERP and EDI systems
* Translate and influence business and functional solution requirements with stakeholders, setting requirements as needed for application development, owning vendor communication and business coordination
* Establish system processing standards by documenting EDI processes
* Write and execute thorough functional test specifications to ensure that system changes are working properly, existing processes remain unaffected and the needs of the user are met
* Create new EDI map specifications and maintain existing ones
* Receive ad-hoc requests (e.g., reporting, planning etc.), determine requirements and manage development across teams and vendors as required for a specific solution
* Maintain accurate project plans; Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans
* Manage change control, project quality and performance monitoring by utilizing testing best practices across the complete process spectrum of business and technology components
* Develop and maintain status reports to project sponsor; Identify, analyze and prioritize project risk relative to testing; and develop response plans
* Train and transfer knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders as required
* Liaise with third party suppliers (e.g., Customer, Factories, Warehouses, etc.)
* Coordinate supplier and customer relationships and integrations
* Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's (B.A./B.S.) degree in information technology or similar degree
* Five (5) years of ERP experience with at least one (1) full lifecycle implementation along with a minimum of three (3) years of proven Project Management experience
* Experience with integration using EDI solutions and managed service providers
* Experience troubleshooting and resolving EDI issues with trading partners
* Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, including but not limited to, project management, operational service delivery, project implementations
* Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g., Microsoft NAV capability, Standard industry best practice) in order to produce an optimal business solution
* Strong MS Office user including manipulation and maintenance of complex spreadsheets and Pivot Tables
* Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and also in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
* Adept at understanding customer challenges, navigating from problem to resolution and communicating process and resolution effectively both verbally and in writing
* Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff
* Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
