Applications Administrator

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a mid-level Procurement Systems Administrator to support their ongoing Coupa implementation and help build out a broader procurement and financial systems landscape. This is a contract-to-hire role with the opportunity to grow into a cross-functional administrator, supporting ERP, procurement, and document management platforms.

The selected candidate will be joining a lean team, so the ideal profile is a generalist at heart. Someone who is curious, adaptable, and eager to work across multiple systems and responsibilities beyond procurement alone.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support and expand the Coupa environment, including ongoing UAT and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on procurement system integrations, supplier enablement, invoicing, catalog management, and Coupa Pay.
• Assist in managing additional enterprise applications, including:
  • ERP: Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Document Management: Laserfiche
  • Upcoming HR and CLM systems
• Operate as a utility player within the admin function flexible and willing to engage across systems and take ownership of new tools.
• Coordinate with the implementation vendor on change management and system configuration.
• Document key processes and assist with post-implementation system improvements.

Qualifications: Required:

• 3 5 years of experience supporting enterprise Coupa and/or other application systems.
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively in lean teams.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to act on detailed implementation feedback.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with Coupa.
• Familiarity with procurement processes such as supplier onboarding, invoicing, catalog management, and purchase approvals.
• Exposure to configuration tasks or user acceptance testing during SaaS implementations.
• Comfort with supporting or learning administrative functions across a variety of third-party applications.

Additional Information:

• The client is in the middle of a major Coupa rollout, with multiple modules currently in UAT (targeted to complete in July).
• While Coupa experience is strongly preferred, generalist administrator candidates with strong foundational systems experience will also be considered.
