Job Title: ServiceNow (SNOW) Architect Sr. Techno-Functional Solution Architect
Location: Miami, FL (3-4 Onsite Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 weeks (extension possible)

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect with strong techno-functional solution architecture experience to lead a client implementation project. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and the ability to design, present, and deliver solutions aligned with client business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the ServiceNow implementation as a techno-functional solution architect.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Provide architecture guidance, best practices, and design standards across ServiceNow modules.
- Drive solution design, configuration, and integration efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
- Be willing to travel onsite to Florida 3 4 days per week during the engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with multiple implementation projects.
- Strong techno-functional background with ability to bridge business and technology.
- Expertise across ServiceNow platform capabilities (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc. preferred).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
