In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, governance of business continuity, crisis and incident management and vendor resilience management programs. This leadership role reports to the Director, Enterprise Resilience and supports the Enterprise Resilience Program through assessment of active and prospective vendor resilience. This person will work with an Enterprise Security team that approaches resiliency and security as a strategic business partnership to address business risk, providing a unique opportunity to interact with the business at all levels.

What You Will Do:
- Assist with the development, maintenance and maturity of the Vendor Resilience Management program.
- Establish policies, standards and procedures.
- Identify data points for assessment of vendor reliability and resilience.
- Partner with Procurement Vendor and Risk Management Team.
- Develop KPIs and KMIs for top tier vendors.
- Perform annual reassessment cycle of vendors and other annual exercises.
- Compilation of Assessment Findings Report.
- Tracking of Findings with Vendor Performance team.
- Escalation of risks or vulnerabilities to risk liaison group or leadership.
- Conduct annual refresh of vendor resilience documents.
- Provide training and awareness.
- Assist with administration support role within the incident management team.
- Oversight of IMT/CMT EB GLA testing process / live incidents.
- Collaboration during the annual Enterprise Resilience Awareness campaign.
- Assist with Crisis and Incident management program awareness (Training / Documentation).
- Partner with Incident Response Team Leads to develop their IRT plans.
- Conduct assessments of program against International Standards and new regulatory requirements.
- Compile/maintain assessment questionnaire and performing assessments of individual IRT plans or other team plans (IM/CM/ITDR).
- Oversight of administrative support during IM incidents (scheduling, meeting notes. documentation, After Action Reports).
- Perform annual refresh of CM and IM Program documents (policies, standards, plans, playbooks).
- Develop new standards (Example: AAR and Incident Response).
- Direct leadership of Enterprise Resilience Analyst who assists with Crisis and Incident Management/Response programs and campaigns.
- Ensure completion of inventory of team documents and renewal cycle.
- Oversee annual refresh of IM / IR Program documents (site information cards, master contact list etc.) and maintenance of distribution list within mass notification tool (GLA) for CMT and IMT, including tests and live activations.
- Ensure the Enterprise Resilience Observations spreadsheet is maintained, including tracking of After-Action Report follow up items.
What You Can Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Emergency Administration and Disaster Preparedness, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years professional working experience in all Resilience disciplines, especially Crisis and Incident Management, Crisis Communication, Business Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery.
- Preferred requirements: CBCP or MBCI certification.
- Knowledge of International Standards (ISO 22301 BC, ISO 22361 and ISO 22316, DR 27031).
- Knowledge of ICS / NIMS frameworks.
- Proactive self-starter, ability to work independently.
- Strong business process documentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills that include the ability to effectively communicate at all levels, both in written and verbal forms.
- Good collaborator and team player with ability to develop positive relationships.
- Must be flexible and maintain a positive "can do" attitude.
- Basic skills with MS Word, Excel, Visio and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage projects with defined milestones.
